Labour and employment law is a strong practice area for the firm and closely associated with its corporate practice.

On a regular basis, our labour and employment team offers advice to local and international corporations on issues connected with both individual and collective aspects of labour law, such as the drafting of employment contracts, international transfers of employees, termination of employment, structuring of employee incentives and pension or stock-option plans, employee discrimination issues in the working environment, general industrial relations, employment health and safety and issues that normally arise in light of a transfer of undertakings through sale or otherwise, as well as negotiations with trade unions, collective disputes, the drafting of collective labour agreements.

Recent indicative cases of the firm include the provision of legal services to large companies on collective redundancy projects.
