Rokas (Bucharest) success

The Rokas (Bucharest) offices, successfully represented in Court its permanent client EFG Retail Services IFN SA, on a major claim submitted against it by the Bucharest Customer Protection Office (OPC) seeking the cancelation of some clauses from the credit contracts of EFG Retail Services IFN SA, as being "abusive". All claims of OPC have been withdrawn and no measures or penalties have been adopted against our client EFG Retail Services IFN SA in respect to its credit products. Thus, there was no impact of OPC claims on the current activities and credit products of EFG Retail Services IFN SA.

Rokas Bucharest were consequently congratulated by the management of EFG Retail Services SA as follows:
