Employment

Employment law is a strong practice area for the firm and closely associated with its corporate practice.

On a regular basis, our employment team offers advice to local and multinational corporations on issues connected with the drafting of employment contracts, international transfers of employees, termination of employment, structuring of employee incentives and insurance or stock-option plans, employee discrimination issues in the working environment, general industrial relations, employment protection and issues that normally arise in light of a transfer of undertakings through sale or otherwise.

The firm also maintains an ongoing relationship with major European law firms that regularly advise on legal matters pertaining to their multinational clients.

The firm has written the Greek chapter of the book "EU and International Employment Law", a comparative employment law published by Jordan Publishing Ltd.
