Our banking and finance group advises clients on the formation and operation of banking and stock market companies, stock exchange listings, public offerings and private placing of securities, corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate financing, asset financing and leasing, investment funds, including listed funds and offshore funds, investment structures, venture capital funds, project financing, cross-border financing, bank regulation, compliance, contract drafting and litigation.

Our clients include public and private commercial banking and financial institutions on institutional and commercial issues. We have represented foreign-based banks in international arbitration proceedings and undertaken several due diligence reports including the listing of companies with the Athens Stock Exchange. Moreover, we have exclusively advised on large syndicated loan agreements.

Members of the firm have been invited to deliver speeches in numerous conferences and legal meetings relating to project finance, and the firm organized a well-attended conference together with the Athens Chamber of Commerce on the funding of large projects.
