Rokas (Warsaw) acted as legal counsel to the Sarantis Group, providing legal services on its acquisition - through its Polish subsidiary, Sarantis Polska S.A. – of the brand name and the intellectual property of the Polish brand «Kolastyna», whose product range includes face and body care cosmetics as well as sun protection products and is a traditional brand in the Polish market with over twenty years of history.

Subsequently, the management of Sarantis Polska S.A. thanked Rokas (Warsaw) and all the members of Rokas who had been involved in the project «Kolastyna» “for the contribution and commitment they demonstrated with regard to the valid conclusion of the project and for ensuring the best interests of the company Sarantis”, concluding that working with Rokas “was a pleasure”.
