Rokas (Bucharest) was established in 1995 and since then provides a wide range of legal services in many areas of Romanian law to our international and local clients. Our partner, Cristina Constantinescu, with the assistance of in-house attorneys, paralegal and support staff, advise on all areas of Romanian law and have been involved in major litigation cases.

Rokas (Bucharest) offices’ experience ranges from purely domestic issues to complex cross-border multi-jurisdictional transactions, including significant disputes on ships’ finance schemes, auctions of ocean going vessels, big ICC international arbitration cases, etc. The offices have over the years gained a comprehensive experience in all kinds of banking matters, real estate and a large number of different kinds of corporate and commercial matters. The firm was awarded EU funded projects for the strengthening of the insurance sector as well as for the energy sector and has successfully fulfilled them as project leader.
