IKRP entered into a formal arrangement in May 2000 with the Zagreb law office of Tin Matic (now IKRP-Matic).
The office provides advice on Croatian foreign investment laws, corporate and commercial, banking, telecommunications, energy, intellectual property rights and other commercial matters.
It also provides legislative reform advice to the Croatian Government, such as in the sector of energy where it has been retained as US AID's legal counsel on the restructuring of the electricity sector in Croatia.
